******* *********** Vodacom Employees
A twin sim card was activated on my account without me requesting it. When noticing this, I requested Vodacom to deactivate this which they apparently did. In the meantime my bank account was emptied and 6 weeks later I started noticing Load a Buddy transfers on my account. Needless to say, three visits to Vodacom shops, Vodaworld and hours on the phone did not solve my problem.

The twin sim was never cancelled and someone was buying air time on my account. Vodacom sent me an sms, claiming that I have subscribed to this service and that I need to google load a buddy in order to deactivate the service.

A dual twin sim card can only be initiated in a Vodacom shop and the beneficiary of this practice is a Vodacom employee.

The staff members that I dealt with were obviously too *********** to investigate the matter properly or they are in cahoots with their buddies who initiated the twin sim process.

I have nothing but disgust for Vodacom and the manner in which this matter is being dealt with. It is ********* for any company to be allowed to frustrate a customer to this extent, not to mention the accompanied financial implication which will again take months to resolve.
