So in March vodacom switched off all our phones and internet since they’re owed money. Since March our internet has been switched off but this morning I learnt that since then, vodacom has still been charging us for our internet every month. How can you charge someone when they’re not using the service for one, and two, our internet had been shut off by vodacom. Who the hell do you *******s think you are, billing a customer monthly while their service has been switched off for nearly a year.
