*******, *****, insufficiant

<p>1.)On the 18th of December 2016 I cancelled a contract on one of the numbers that I have with Vodacom. This I did instore at Kalahari Mall in Upington. On the 5th of January I recieved the following email from RAM:</p> <p>"RAM: We have received your parcel from VODACOM for delivery to 76 MARAISBURG ROAD. ID required. Ref:K ********** . RAM delivers 8am-5pm. Track your parcel www.ram.co.za or contact queries ***" ( This is an address in Boksburg)</p> <p>Since I am a farmer and January is our peak time of harvest I did not make much of the email. I did not order anything from Vodacom and the address was unknown to me. So I thought the email was wrongfully sent to me.</p> <p>After about 2 weeks I started catching up on my personal emails and admin and something just told me to call RAM and find out what and who the parcel was for.</p> <p>To my suprise a upgrade has been done on the number that I cancelled at Upington Kalahari Mall on 18 December 2018.</p> <p>I have phoned Vodacom's call centre, I have send email as I am still being billed for something I did not order, recieved or are using.</p> <p> </p> <p>2.) My personal cellphone number ********** was due for an upgrade middle 2017 but my contract ended June 2017. During May 2017 I made some inquiries and decided to termanate my own contract with Vodacom to go to another network. Since I wanted to keep my number the new network adviced me give Vodacom a months notice, this way I can keep my number. </p> <p>I was on vacation from end May till end of June and when I returned I found that an upgrade was once again done on my account. I immediately reported it, but it was to late. According to person at Vodacom that I spoke to the upgrade and delivered to a police station in the Boksburg area, once again.</p> <p>I have done everything that has been asked of me, sent all the document and everything to vodacom and still, I am being billed for a upgrade I did not do of recieve.</p> <p>Please can you help.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Dewald Burger</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

With regards to the number ********** 347, they requested a copy of my ID and an affidavit form the Police stating that I did not do in upgrade, to be emailed to ********** I did as they asked en sended the document to them. ( These document was also sent to Vodacom immediately after I found out about the ********** upgrade.) The letter from Vodacom was from R Maart. It is almost the end of August and again I have to pay for something that I didn't do of recieve. Please help!! Regards Dewald Burger

Hello Peter It has been 59 days since the first time that I complained about the ********** upgrades. And still NOTHING has been done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Again we have sent all the document to Vodacom over and over and nothing is happening!! On Tuesday we were given a number ********** 877 and ********** 605 which aparantly is now the ***** department. We were able to get hold of a Jabulani Mogale and once again sent all the requested documents. Now we can not get trough to those numbers. ********** 877 keeps on ringing and ********** 605 is not in working. I have stopped paying my account end of August 2017, my service have been suspended. No further payments will be made to Vodacom before my complaints are resolved and my account rectified. I posted on Hello Peter 01 August 2017 after which R Maart contacted me and requested all the documents which was promptly send to him. It seems that Vodacom are not even bothered with complaints about their poor (actually no) service on social media.
