In a long standing and neverending matter with Vodacom, in which they claim I owe them money because I failed to terminate my contract after paying it fully, they (Vodacom) still fail to see sense and continue to harras me unfairly - and I ask myself; "who will be the next victim"? I was never given a copy of contract and on all the occasions I ask for this contract for almost four years now it can't be provided to me. The contract in question is the one I apparently owe money for failing to terminating the contract when it lapsed. Why am I being held against a contract that does not exist, let alone to send attorneys who are building further unreasonable legal charges? I have asked, over the years, for the contract in order to note the clause they are holding me liable for the "monies owed", but till today nothing has come forth. It seems that Vodacom is taking chances, and they are arrogant about it, perhaps an issues of Goliath vs David? They rely on their financial weight and think they can destroy their individual clients just like that. This is nonsensical of Vodacom and just ask myself who's next to suffer at the hands of this company. I regret the day I switched to Vodacom - little did I know I was throwing my life into a pit of hell.
