Correcting resedential address on statements and invoices
How does a person get to correct your residential address on Vodacom statements and invoices after having moved 9 years ago and them still using your old address? Sending email does not help by attaching a copy of you ID and water and lights account. Does anything help? Why must a person just live with this?

12 May 2022, 13:59The proof will be in next months statements and invoices after having asked for this correction in the last 2 months. I got an email asking me to verify my email address ha ha. The link does not work - gives me an error "Error 520" and I cannot reply to the email as it is a non-reply email. Not suprised with something as easy to change an address which went wrong for some reason after I had submitted all RICA documents.
