Upgraded two contracts to iPhone17 at Vodacom Nelson Mandela Square. One of the. Was an out of box failure which they have now confirmed.

They refuse to give me a replacement phone. The manager does not reply to calls or take calls. Nothing more than ****mers.

Stay far away from this store. I will have to sue them and use their own contract wording against them.
