Corona virus. Who cares? Not Vodacom

I am required to work from home for the next 3 weeks and I want to know if Vodacom will give me more data (like CellC and MTN) did for the money I pay. If not, I want to be able to upgrade to Fiber which is uncapped and cheaper. So I phoned Vodacom and after 25min and 2 operators no one wants to help. All I hear is that I am bound to my contract and I can only buy extra data at a reduced cost. I pay R515 for 50gig but Vodacom offers R449 uncapped Fiber. I am being **********... Surely there is a way I can be helped
