Copy of contract needed

I faxed my request to Vodacom on Tuesday 03 March to ask for a copy of my contract that was opened in December 2014. This is for insurance purposes as I opened a claim. It is now a week later and still no contract from Vodacom. In the fax I did write the destination down to where the contract must be emailed.<br> How long can it take to get a copy of your contract? I honestly don't understand the delay!! In the mean time I am without a phone!!<br> Please respond and assist ASAP.
