Copy of contract

I am getting the most unbelievable run around from Vodacom. I requested a copy of my contract more than 2 months ago and to date still nothing. All I hear is that the request is pending, the consequence of this is that I am without a handset. The call centre and the stores have 2 different end dates for my contract. I have spoken to so many people about this and one guy actually bothered to call me back. His name is Tshepo, and the request is still pending. I was told this takes 1 to 7 days to get done. Can somebody actually do something about this problem.
