Copy of contract
I called in last Thursday and told them I need a copy of my contract. My Samsung screen was damaged, I booked in my phone and it would be done the same day but they would only release it back to me when I give them proof of purchase. I stressed that I had no phone and it was an emergency. My contract was taken out July 2013, I do not know where that is and it was with Nashua Mobile, which has since closed down. I was assured it would be stressed and I would get a phone call confirming receipt of my request. I have had no call and to make matters worse my child was sick at cr?che, I couldn't be reached and now I need to call colleagues and have no contacts. I was migrated from Nashua Mobile and feel as if I have to suffer for it. If they know how to bill me then I want service for my money. If I drfaulted they would find me and yet this has turned into mission impossible. I will not be renewing my contract and have a very bitter taste about their level of service. I want my phone back!!!!!!' It's now almost a week and have no confirmation that anyone has even attended to my emergency, highly dissatisfied
