Copy Of Contract

I took a contract with vodacom over the phone and now my screen is cracked and for it to be fixed, Samsung repairs want me to produce a copy of the contract or proof of purchase, and I called to request the copy but I am told it will take 7 - 14 days just to send me a copy of my contract this wasnt the case when I was taking the contract, my phone is not working at the moment, this is a very bad service...Its only good when you offer to pay for the contract but you cant be helped with a piece of paper
