Not a complaint, just to clarify and make sure my request happens as it needs to, please: regarding the letter asking that the BUSINESS number under communication is converted from a contract to a Pay as you Go . Please DO NOT cancel the number! It needs to be converted from contract to PAYG. If this could be confirmed in WRITING with me, please. What I have received to date is that the business number will be cancelled: "The cancellation request has been processed, please do take note that the effective date will be end July 2020." NO CANCELLATION, please. I need a conversion. Thank you.
