CONVERSION OF VODACOM ACC K***: TCF Complaint: Melida Mafalo

I have to strongly express my disappointment of the level dis-service, disrespect and unprofessionalism I have received from Vodacom. I had sponsored line, which was suspended due to a debit order being unsuccessful. I spoke to Senior Credit Controller, who I had made my intentions clear of my migrating to FNB Connect. the amount owing was provided to and payment made on the 20/02. After this, I have been continuously following up with them, regarding the status of my conversation to a Prepaid line in order for me to port with no conclusive progress given.

To my surprise, I get a statement today telling that I still owe them. When I was put through the Senior Credit Controller(Melida Mafalo), this is the type of attitude I was given:

• The level of disrespect that she had portrayed to myself as a customer is totally appalling. • To the extent that she abruptly dropped the phone with the explanation that “ its almost home time” shows a huge lack of professionalism • Being a Senior staff member herself, I'm definitely positive that Vodacom TCF standards are not part of your work culture ethics.

I will therefore request the following:

1. For all the recordings I had dealings trying to sort out this conversion matter, especially Melida's. 2. Remedy to the behaviour of this Senior Staff member. 3. A Solution to the misrepresentation of information given to me regarding settling this account.

As I write this, my line has been suspended from the 18th, even though the full payment was done on the 20th Feb.
