Convenience me, VODACOM!!

After buying a new phone via telephone (excited much?), Vodacom tells me to call in once I receive it to activate my line. Note, I recieved this phone on Wednesday, 19 October 2016. I called in immediately to activate my line, since I was porting my number from Cell C. Today is Satruday, 22 October 2016 and my line STILL isn't activated. How is it that the system is down from Wednesday until now?? And you're the "biggest network provider in SA"?! I can't believe it. Now my phone is just sitting in its box, not able to be used because of something THIS dumb! And to top it all off, a stereotypical call centre lady gives me such attitude upon calling her 5 minutes ago about this issue. Can Vodacom PLEASE fix this damn system?! It's a real inconvenience to be havng this phone for nearly a week and I can't do anything with it- people have jobs too, you know. Or at least, synchronise with your stores, so if you fail, they would be able to assist!! For the love of all technology, HELP!

Clearly, 'due course' isn't what it was. Still waiting for assistance from this company.

Someone called me earlier to tell me that my line has been activated, but upon checking I found it was still in the same state as before, i.e. showing 'No Service'. The person said to call me back in 15 minutes- could that person please call me again? The problem still isnt resolved.
