Contravention of the POPI Act

I have never held any account with your company yet you claim the right to give my personal information to your third party sales teams. Okwanele from Elite Mobile phoned me to try and sell me goods I have no need for. No common courtesy to ask me whether I am busy or not to start off with. Further to this asking me whether I opted out, how do you opt out if you never opted in??? I need proof of me agreeing to you sharing my information or I will take this further.
