Contravention of CPA

<p>I have a contract with Vodacom and was called yesterday by a gentleman named: Ricardo Carl Oliver from number ********** 779 at 13H10, expressing that he noticed that Ive over spent on my contract by R300-00 on data and he would like to sell me a data bundle at a reduced rate. I also requested my statements and this doesnt reflect any over spend and I also pointed out I have lock on the contract .Clearly the CPA prevents serivce providers from this type of practice and also for a rep from Vodacom to lie event though your calls are recorded. Can I please get an apology from the head of Vodacom Customer Service and also if I dont get any response I will send my complaint to Fin24 to publish as well, your using ******* practice to get more business. As a result of this I would one to opt out of the contract asi dont see it fit for me dealing with a dishonest company</p>
