Contracts transferring from Personal to Business

How hard can it be to transfer your Vodacom account from Personal to Business??? Clearly impossible.

I am a red VIP Client with Vodacom. this year I took on a new contract (tablet with Data) registered in my business name.

I have been trying to get VODACOM to change my cell phone for the last 4 years from my personal to my business name - and the only time I followup is when I upgrade.

This year I requested again with TUMI at Alisom in Menlyn that whilist they were busy with the new contract for the TABLET that they move my personal fone (My only business phone) to the business account at the same time as they have all the bank statements, cc docs proof of residence etc.

They then gave me some story that it would take 2 months as I had to be movedback from the new system to the old system to make the changes (I mean COMEON you guys are supposed to be the no1 GSM provider in SA). In June I call the branch and as to speak to the manager of the store as I have still not been migrated to my business details - he says no it can take 4 to 6 Months (comeon vodacom ***).

July I lay a complaint with Customer care - no change they are working on the matter.

Today I get a call from TUMI again that I need to Submit all the documentation again - VODACOM ***!!!

ATTEND TO THIS MATTER IT IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE...

28th September VODACOM we are now 9 months along with this process. Your representatives are useless they blame it on the system and on the IT dept. I cannot speak to anyone higher up as they say only they can talk to them. For one of South Africa's leading networks your customer service SURE SUCKS!!! Now I am sure you will leave me a another sucky message that a representative will contact me again.....
