Vodacom is definitely one of the best Networks when it comes to connectivity especially during load shedding in the far out towns. However I have to call them out for their audacity to change people's contracts without the client's consent. I have on a number of occasions found out they changed my contracts without my consent. They even added me on covid relief without my knowledge. A number of times they deducted airtime for airtime advance that was never requested. They even migrated my contract without my knowledge while I was outside the country. Vodacom has to deal with these personnel who does such kind of things. It's *****.
