Contracts renewed without company permissions
Our company has several cellphone numbers that should be canceled. Contacting Vodacom we learned that their Company Like-Minds" has renewed these contracts without company permissions.
Now trying to get a hold of these people is impossible. We have emailed, phoned, and send smoke signals, but still not getting any feedback.
How do they renew contracts without a company letter??? This is ridiculous. Can Vodacom help at all?
