Contracts **********ly created on my name

I received a tax invoice from Vodacom the other day (I'm on prepaid). Turned out that someone **********ly took out 2 contracts on my name. I have contacted Vodacom and they instructed me to get an affidavit and send this to them along with a copy of my ID. I contacted the Legal department on *** and spoke to a lady (can not remember her name) only to be told that she will escalate the matter and that they will contact me. This is the second time that someone from vodacom said that they will contact me. But this far I had to contact them, without being successful in getting any feedback related to the above. <br> <br> The fact of the matter is that Vodacom is at fault. THEY did not put enough checks in their process and allowed a ********* to create 2 accounts on my name. Now their problem is my problem :(
