Contracts

I was in a two year contract and when it ended some called saying the is a promotion for 6 months but to my suprise the lady did 2 year contract without disclosing it to me , I called again and again asking what is going on but eventually after so much difficulty it is reversed some consultans are still helpful. But I so disappointed in Vodacom how can they let this incidents happen and how do they deal with these ****** because right I can't recommend vodacom to anyone else I'm just disappointed.
