4 Months ago I went to Vodacom 4U Fountains Mall Jeffreysbay for a new contract.I wanted the S5 but was informed by the consultant that the S6 is the way to go.I told her that 300MB data is not sufficient but was informed that there is a promotion for the first 10 customers.1Gig additional per month for the entire 24 months.After 3 months I received only 300MB.After numerous calls and 10 days later I was informed that the promo was only for 3 months.I know I signed the contract,but why must a consultant lie to persuade you.This shop and consultants are definitely not good for the Vodacom brand.I fully understand the need for a Consumer Protection Act and will make full use of it.I have 3 contracts with the same service provider.That will be rectified in due co****.
