Contracting my simcad without my consent

Hi,

I recently lost my phone and when I tried to do a sim swap I was told that I should contact RMCS as my simcard is contracted under them.To my surprise,I never gave any company permission or consent to contract my simcard.I am highly disappointed at Vodacom because clearly you do not have pre checks in place when this RMCS bull**** submits request to you to put numbers on contract.If you did then i wouldn't be writing this review now because I wouldn't have agreed on any mother****er putting my simcard on contract.I was happy as a prepaid customer and now I am missing important business calls because of assholes like you. You might be giant companies but you will appear in court if you ,RMCS and the clothing account do not resolve this matter.You guys will show the court where i signed for the contract,or play the voice clip where I gave you consent to put my simcard on contract.Why do you let ****ty companies like RMCS ruin your reputation? ********** ********** if I do not hear from you my legal team will be in touch.
