Contract/billing problems

I have been trying to change my moms cellphone contract into my name, vodacom then captured the wrong banking details and blame me for doing so, they debit an account that doesn’t even exist and the name of the account holder is my mom. Vodacom refuses to help me and everytime I phone them there is always another issue as to why I cannot put my phone in my name I honestly have had enough of their pathetic service. This problem has been going on for about two years now, every month is a new fight and new case is being made due to their lack of competence to do their job.
