Contract was renewed without my consent

I took a sim contract with Vodacom in July 2023 and it was supposed to be for 24 months the end date was supposed to be July 2025 however they continued the plan with my consent after I had repeatedly told them that I don’t want to renew the contract as I was unemployed they continued debiting my account months after the plan was supposed to have ended until I decided to stop paying them they have now affected my credit file I have been emailing them regarding this however they have not responded to a single email I have sent I strongly advise people to not take these contracts with Vodacom as they are a **** company even they agents are rude, I am so disappointed main reason I didn’t want to continue with the plan is because of the bad experience I have received for the past 2 years of the contract Vodacom is ****
