Contract was cancelled in December

My contract came to an end in December 2017 and I provided notification of my intention to discontinue the contract in November 2017, yet Vodacom deems themselves above the law and continues to try and collect funds not due to them. In the first instance Vodacom has not requested whether the contract will be extended 40-80 days prior in terms of the section 14 (2) (c) of the consumer protection act. Knowing I wanted to cancel we informed Vodacom through the ********** email address that we did not wish to continue the contract. Yet even when the Consumer Protector states that Vodacom CANNOT just renew the contract they continue to try and collect on the account. So WHY Vodacom do you continue to break the laws of the country? You are no better than Jacob Zuma.

Still no response and no calls to fix the account cancellation. Your email does not provide any concrete or constructive way forward to resolve. Its a standard response to appease your status on Hello Peter.
