Contract user.
I was charged a R7000 to cancel a R4000 contract. Obviously I have not cancelled, the admin team are ***********. The accounts department just transfers you back and forth so they can look busy to management without resolving anything and mismanaged information being passed onto you - while they try to upsell you while you have issues pending. This is what happens after spending 2 weeks trying to get in touch then spending one hour on the phone just to be told the “system is down”.
