Contract upgraded without my concern

The consultant called offering to up grade my deals and I told him I dnt want him to make any changes on my primary number now I want to upgrade they telling me I can't bcz I already upgraded in March. And I asked him if all the Changes he is making will not stop be to cancel the contracts since I m already having numbers on my contract that are not utilized and he said I can cancel this anytime. I m really disappointed in vodacom they want to keep customers in debts
