Contract upgrade without my consent
I have a contract with vodacom which end in 24-05-2025.vodacom consultants contacted me regarding upgrades i declined their offer they then decided to upgrade without my consent i contacted them to cancel and no cancelation done yet pls assist with reversal and cancellation
