Contract upgrade stuffup
<p>Had my contract upgraded, no device only data. I had existing insurance and CLI.</p> <p>After the upgrade went through CLI was cancelled, as well as the insurance.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have now spent over 20 minutes speaking 5 people with each one not being able to assist. Each one insists on transferring me to the next department.</p> <p> </p> <p>Gmotso - Vanessa - Nefese - Matshidiso - Ntabiseng could not help.</p>
