CONTRACT UPGRADE SHAMBLES(VODACOM)
I've been with Vodacom for almost 5 years now, never missed 1 payment, never even claimed on my insurance. Why now when I want to upgrade, I get told my credit score is too low? Why? Why am I offered a phone that’s cheaper than what I currently pay? Why cant I upgrade to a phone I want? I can afford to pay the installment, so why not let me choose the phone I want? I think that’s absolute horrible service. Shame on you Vodacom. This is not the way you treat your loyal, paying clients.

14 Feb 2022, 11:33A couple of days later, and yet no call from a Vodacom consultant. Yet I get a call from Vodacom advising me that I need to take out a Red contract, where I'll be paying more than what I'm currently paying, but they do not allow me to upgrade to a phone of my choice(where I will be paying more)....what is this?
