Contract transition gone bad

Feb 24 2018 I went to Vodashop centurion and opened an account on uChoose 200. I had a letter from my department to have the account opened, this is the same number I had a prepaid of R800 airtime monthly on. Now because I wanted a phone I had to make the number a contract and the Department was to take it over(pay for it). The account was opened under my name, it was later to be converted to the Department's account. Got to work Monday 26 Feb to submit my documents so the Department takes over the account. On their system the number was still prepaid and therefore we requested Nhlanhla our Vodacom admin who handles the Departments account to assist with the transition of taking my contract from my name to the Department's account. They had to retrieve the number from whatever system and migrate it to whatever. The process although done took over two months to conclude. All the while, vodacom was debiting from my account, and I have been receiving R200 worth of airtime cause my account is on uChoose flexi 200. Yesterday, 30 April 2018 I received the following notifications:

Your Rica information for vodacom cell number was updated successfully on 30/04/2018 You've successfully opted in to the Travel Saver Services Your conversion to a Vodacom Contract has been completed Vodacom welcomes you as our newest customer on uChoose Flexi 200 Remember your account will be debited in 48hrs.

To top if off, I also received R200 worth of airtime, I immediately called Vodacom because I was now confused, as I know my airtime to clock in on the 1st of every month and for Vodacom to debit my account on the 15 as I wait for the account to be handed over to the Department. I spoke to Gugu who indicated that my account is now on business and my account was going to be debited and that it shows that the account has just started as of 14:05 yesterday, 30 April, Gugu indicted that if the process was done correctly, it would show that my contract has been active since Feb 24 and that it was now just handed over to the Department. U can imagine the shock of the thought of being debited R600+ on the 15 April to possibly another 600+ on the 1 May. Because I was not at work, I couldn't get in-touch with Nhlahhla who handles our Departments account. I decided to come to work today on a holiday to resolve the issue before my account is debited and to ask Vodacom to take their 200 as I got my 200 airtime today as was supposed to. I understand its a public holiday but if vodacom debits my account i will not be reimbursed. Here is my new account ref: A8-AING-FOTO and my account number: KI043046. I am asking Vodacom to take this account and transfer it to my Department's account. U will call me for my Department's details. Also since the number is now a business account, I am unable to see the people calling me and my social media platforms are not working.
