CONTRACT TRANSFER DISASTER

The personnel of Vodacom Woodlands Branch was EXCELLENT! They tried their utmost best to assist me in transfer of contract. They were successful to transfer one number to my name Thanks! BUT then I had to deal with the legal people of Vodacom and the Call Centre ---- disaster. After my first interaction with the legal department on the contract transfer from my late husband to me, the service was suspended the next day. After I have paid R1900 on 4 March!! because I am transferring the contract before it runs out/come to and end at end of March. My husband died, it is not his or my fault that I had to end /transfer the contract BUT I paid it. The legal people requested proof of death witch I send to ********** with the instruction of what should happen to the numbers as they requested. I contacted the call centre on the suspension of the service and they said, the status was incorrect, they changed it I should go to a Vodacom store after 5 hours then the transfer can be done. I went after 48 hours to make sure the notification is registered. AGAIN Vodacom Woodlands tried their utmost best, but nothing. Then I got a notification that R3000 is outstanding. I went back to Vodacom Woodlands (now my 6th time) to find out for what the outstanding amount is. They checked and my account was in credit with more than R1000 but also shows that their is an amount of R680 outstanding. AGAIN they system did not allow them to do anything.
