Contract to be cancelled

Worst service ever. Will never recommend to anyone.

Been struggling since last year to stop a contract. Send a email to the CEO they said it's cancelled BUT it is still not cancelled. Now suddenly no one can help us.. and the worst is that they delivered a wifi rooter which we didn't even apply for..
