Contract that I can’t get cancelled

My contract is still not cancelled. A guy called me a day ago and said he will short it out and call me back. I rather get calls to my account. It now two months I’m struggling to get it cancelled. A manager is never available.Vodacom **** people. I have been calling in almost every day. I never get the helped to get my contacts cancelled.
