Contract that does not exist

<p>I signed a 2 year contract on 30 Des 2016 and up till today 14 Feb 2017 it is till not operational... no connection, no airtime and no data...!</p> <p>I visited the outlet 7 times already but nobody seems to care....they are hiding in the back of the shop when they see me. Not even the Manager is willing to sort out the problem...!!</p> <p>Next option will be the Broadcasting Complaints Commission</p> <p>WORST Vodacom outlet in the country...!!!</p>
