Contract Terminations
I logged for a termination on the 2nd of Oct 2017 and the contract has still not been terminated. Your call center is too useless to assist. I want my contract terminated immediately and i want to be refunded for the months that it has been active wrongdully. The Ref number i received was 1- ********** ********** .
While you are busy fixing this, you can provide me with the termination dates for all my contracts with you. I have had enough of your useless service.

16 Jan 2018, 10:56so i had to call again now and spoke to somebody that also promised my contract to be terminated. I will check tomorrow morning at my local vodacom store if this is the case.
Thanks to your useless excuse of service i will be cancelling my fibre, my two contracts and my wife's two contracts. NEVER will i recommend vodacom to anybody ever again.
