Contract termination delayed
My contract termination request has not been resolved after more than 2 months and numerous requests. Even after I told them I am willing to pay the penalty, they still still send me from "pillar" to "post" and "post" never responds. Customer Care simply passes one on to another department and that department does not respond.
It must be because they do not want to part with the future income from my contract ... my money!
