Contract taken 2 weeks ago and device not received

On the 11th January 2018 I took my first Vodacom Contract. The contract was for 2 devices. I was told that they only had the 1 device in stock. I took the contract non-the-less because when the sales lady called The Warehouse they told her that they would deliver the following week. I have been following up since mid last week and now been told that the Warehouse is awaiting the Supplier to confirm the delivery date. Apparently all the stores are out of stock because they all use the same Warehouse. I was told the same today as well. Now, how does Vodacom market a specific deal if there is no stock? How can Vodacom be so calm as to not put pressure on the supplier? Are they not concerned about their Business and Clients? When will I receive this device. Is it fair to pay costs for something that you don't have? is that fair, ethical and condoned by the CPA ans NCR? I need this sorted ASAP. For a first time customer of Vodacom I am really disappointed and definitely cannot recommend the brand to anyone.

Please be advised that it has been over 24 hours and I am still waiting for that call. Do I have to wait for that call as long as I am waiting for the device?
