Contract Stopped
Recently my son did an upgrade on his phone but the contract is on my name they stopped it because they assumed it's ***** he is my son the transaction was in no way ********** his cellphone is getting a not registered on network error, me and my son went into the Vodashop in Riversquare shopping sentre where we where informed of that, A consultant named Ntombi helped us, she informed us that the contract will be permanently stopped my daughter is also making use of one of the numbers on the contract

16 May 2016, 08:03I'M STILL GETTING A NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK ERROR ON MY NEW GALAXY S7 IT WORKED FINE FOR TWO DAYS THEN THE PROBLEMS STARTED! I REPLACED THE SIMCARD ON THE ONLINE CHAT THEY TOLD ME I MUST CALL ACTIVATIONS *** OR 082111 HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO CALL THEM IF MY CELLPHONE CANT PHONE! THERE IS ALSO NO LANDLINE NUMBER I CAN CALL THEM ON. THEY EVEN TOLD ME TO GO BUY A PREPAID SIMCARD BUT THAT DOESN'T WORK EITHER.

20 May 2016, 06:21Since i logged my first complaint about Vodacom Nothing has happened, each store did a sim swop told me to switch the phone off for 3 hours and the sim will activate, looks like they are only trained to do sim swops, they tested the sim card with the same number in two other phones it did the same thing. But the phone still sais Not Registered on the Network or No Service try agail later. I'm not impressed it only keeps getting worse i went to 3 Vodacom shops
