Contract still not Cancelled

<p>I have requested on 3 occaison for vodacom to cancel a contract which finished its term, and 2 months later its still not cancelled.</p> <p> </p> <p>When i called the consultant from retentions just asked me to hold and dropped the phone in my ear,.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have cancelled 4 contracts so far with vodacom... i need to fight and cancel this fifth one... </p> <p>Vodacom is really and the only people who dont see this is them.</p>
