Contract SIM shared

<p>I have a problem with vodacom sending me a very high bill while I knew that my SIM card was off for the past 12 month. When communicating with Vodacom consultant she told me that the phone was active and I am using the phone. I told her part of my story that my phone has been off due to technical issues caused by them and they failed to fix and I ended up stoping the debit order because I was paying them while they were not providing service to me. She insisted that I am using the phone and that's when I take an initiative to dial the number only to find out that the number was given to a genleman who said the number was allocated to him when he took the contract from vodacom in 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>I comunicated with the lady called Yolande Nel rgarding the issue as they were busy harasing me telling me and explain to her that this number is being used by someone who was allocated the number by Vodacom.
