Contract sim paid for twice

Purchased Tab E for my daughter in grade 4 around Nov last year. Requested my 3G contract sim to be converted so that she can use data for school. When I called they said because its a contract it must be done inside the outlet not telephonic. I'm based in phalaborwa by work and my daughter and tab e are in pta. So 1st sim swop was done in phalaborwa for R150 and had to send to pta it didn't work only on the tab el on other devices it worked. I had to go to outlet in pta with simi and tablet since the contract is mine and hubby could not be helped. On arrival I was told to do another sim swop pay good R70 and then told to wait for 3 hours. With time constraints like in my situation I needed to be sure that when I leave for phalaborwa my daughter will have access to data to use at school but I was told it will take 3 hours<br> After 3 hours didn't work, I had to delay my trip to phalaborwa by a day to go back to the outlet to have it sorted and was helped by Malebo who started by proposing another sim swop which I refused. She then called tech department and then told me it will take 24hrs. Now it's 72 hours the sim is still not working and no calls as promised by Male both. Nxa! !
