Contract SIM conversion back to prepaid
Hi, I have been trying to convert my contract back to prepaid for the past 6 months now, not getting any joy. I've called *** a few times and told I'll get email. Nothing have ever come through.
I have a sim only contract and when initial expired a few years ago, rewards company called me and i declined a change in the package. All of a sudden I'm paying almost R1000 for sim only, which is ridiculous. And just so you know, the rewards company agents are very rude and border on nuisance callers, they call upto 10 times a day!
I would like to convert back to prepaid ASAP.
