Contract signed- only to find out product doesnt exist??
On Sat 26 August 2017 an agreement was signed for an upgrade. It is for a business. Of which has been a Vodacom client for years.
The deal chosen was from Caledon Vodacom's August booklet. Confirmed with manager that this specific book was valid till 6 September as on front page. He agreed (we also had an older book to view at the time). We chose a deal on pg24. Sony Xperia A4 4Gig at R229pm SmartS+ and also chose the addition of the R199pm for the Sony PS4. The paperwork was signed and processed.
Today ( 7 September) we are told Vodacom does not have this phone?? (Doesnt make sense to me either). We are now recommended to place a new order for a different handset for about R100pm more.
Why was an agreement signed for a handset that 'doesnt exist?
