Contract ****ed
I have taken a Data Sim only contract with a laptop in May 2021 paying R403 monthly. This year from July it was changed to an open line without my authority then im charged R3979.92 monthly. I made several attempts to request they fix this and only R1460.83 was reversed and the rest of the amount charged are still billed and i get calls for collections. How can such a big company be so careless? I need all these fees reversed
