Contract ****

I upgraded my account to what I thought was a 1g for the first three months and 500mb thereafter! I was happy with the contact I had chosen as it was in line with what I was normally spending, plus minus R700 a month. Walked out a happy customer until I received my bill!!! R3000, only to be told it's an open account, which oh someone should have mentioned but clearly didn't! When I ask why sell it to me as a 1g account if it's pretty much uncapped nobody can explain! I can't migrate for three months and nobody can help me. If a line is uncapped it should be sold as that. In the meantime I will pay R3000 as opposed to the R700 I can afford. I feel misled and cheated
