My mom got a call from an agent selling her a device for R149 pm as a special. Not only did they deliver the wrong device( of an lower standard) they still debuted her account, after running from pillar to post to resolve this they now blocked her number because somehow she now owes them over R300 when mind you, the device was returned within 3 days. Correct me if I’m wrong but in such they do state that you would ONLY pay for carriage
