Contract Sales: Expectation vs Reality

I have been with Vodacom for almost 15 years and for the last 10 I made use of the top packages - VIP - without too many hassles. When upgrading a month ago, I was informed that the packages have changed. During my conversation with sales/upgrades, I stressed that my data package must remain as is - 30 Gig data per month. This was included into the upgraded package, only to realise that the data sold to me is 15Gig anytime and the remainder on Night Owl. This means that I stress that my data package must remain as is, I am being made to understand that this is the case, it is sold to me as expected but behind the scenes I am being **** to just to get the sale. This is totally unacceptable that one is told one thing over the phone just to find your data is depleted because it is used during business hours and not as a night owl. Vodacom does not even deserve the one star given.

secondly, I upgraded my Wi-Fi from fixed data to unlimited. this was done through a Vodacom shop in Menlyn. The current contract was due for upgrade and was running month to month basis. This was sold to me R550 per month - unlimited with router included. On the Vodacom App, there are two sections displaying 100Gig data over and above the unlimited agreement. My first bill for this particular contract was at R764. When phoning Vodacom CS, one is pushed and passed from the one person to the next with promises of getting back once they have spoken to upgrades, but this never happens. When calling Upgrades Dept directly, I find CS on the other end and have to go through the whole motion all over and over again and I have yet to receive the caal as promised.
