CONTRACT *******

Vodacom is really a ******* business. all the 22 months that i have been with them, i have been paying my normal R470 per month on my contract. yesterday i called as i normally do every month to check if they will still be deducting the same amount, to my surprise the bill is now R2340. I use the sim card for less than 10 days in a month, so how can i be charged so much? all the other months I've been using it the same way and my bill remained the same. Now i'm being told to pay R2340 cause apparently i spend R1200 on data. this is really nonsense and its a *******. i need proof of what was downloaded, when etc not just a stupid statement showing me that R1200 is data. This might also be a result that my contract is coming to an end and they now suddenly want to rip me off. you guys are pathetic.
